Rental Conditions

RENTAL PERIOD

The shortest rental period is 48 hours. In delivery delays, 1/3 of the daily rate is charged for each additional hour. In case of a delay exceeding 2 hours in total, a full day fee will be charged.

LONG TERM RENTALS

The minimum rental period for long-term rentals is 30 days. Special price is applied. For information on rental prices and conditions, call the Berlin Car Rental Reservation Center on +90 232 337 12 30 or the nearest Berlin Car Rental Office.

SINGLE DIRECTION

If the vehicle is delivered in a city other than the city where the vehicle is delivered, the One Way Charge is applied regardless of the lease period. You can call our Reservation Center or the nearest Berlin Car Rental Office for one way fare information.

VEHICLE DELIVERY - VEHICLE LEAVE

We provide 24 hour uninterrupted service to our International Airports in our offices every hour of the day, in other offices in the working hours of the vehicle delivery and customer delivery is free of charge. Vehicle deliveries and vehicle releases outside of working hours except the International Airports are free of charge.

SERVICE FEES FOR AIRWARES

Airport service charges are not charged for rentals made from the Berlin Car Rental Offices at Inter-national Airports, which are open 24 hours a day.

DRIVER DOCUMENT - USE AGE

Persons who have at least 22 years of age and who have 2 years of valid driving license may rent a car. In luxury vehicles, it is obligatory to be at least 25 years old.

ADDITIONAL DRIVER

Other than the tenant, the vehicle can be used by someone else but it is possible to register the valid ID and drivers of the drivers in accordance with the driver's license and age rules. If there is no other record and the winner is found to have been made by the non-registered driver, the insurance will be null and void.

INCLUDED IN THE PRICES - NON-SPECIAL FEATURES

Prices include unlimited mileage of vehicles, vehicle maintenance costs and automobile insurance. Fuel, bridges, highway charges, traffic fines and insurance, one way fare, vehicle delivery and pick-up fees, baby seat, etc. are calculated as extra as the day of the rent

PAYMENT - DEPOSIT

Payment of rental fees will be made in advance of the vehicle delivery. The delivery of vehicles to the vehicle is given to the empty warehouse, the empty warehouse is returned with the fuel

TRAFFIC CRIMES

The traffic laws in Turkey are up to 120km on the motorways. , 90 kms between cities. and 50km in the city. allowing speed. When parking, keep the PARKING CALL signs. Traffic jurisdiction and legal liabilities to be applied to movements that may arise due to violation of the traffic laws and the tenant's fault are the property of the tenant. After leaving the vehicle, traffic fines arriving at Berlin Car Rental will be reflected to the tenant and the related amount will be collected from the tenant in cash or from a contracted Western Union bank service for vehicle leasers from abroad. The time for which the vehicles will be occupied for any reason by official or local authorities shall be accepted within the term of the contract.
